Mortgage Investment Opportunities

Axcess Capital Partners arranges short-term mortgages and bridge financing for real estate developers, builders and property owners to fund new construction projects, land development and income producing properties. Interests in mortgages are sold to individual lenders, providing the lender with above average returns on their investment dollars. Investors may choose to invest in a specific mortgage, or diversify their funds in a pool of mortgages commonly referred to as a mortgage investment corporation (MIC).

Our Mortgages are typically 12 to 24 months in length, with yields on capital of 10% or more. The minimum investment should be $25,000 which can be made in cash or through RRSP and RRIF accounts.

Mortgage Brokerage and Mortgage Administration Services

Axcess Capital Partners provides a full range of mortgage brokerage services with its brokers having access to a complete range of institutional and mid-market funds. Axcess provides complete mortgage administration services for all its clients.
