Each of the above mortgages offered have
been reviewed and we believe provide good value and a reasonable
return to the investor. We offer full administration of the
mortgages with post-dated cheques received on every file.
Our legal group will complete and confirm all the normal loan
documents and full registration on title. All funds are held
in the lawyer’s trust account and will only be released
upon satisfactory review of the documents by Axcess and/or
the investors.
