AeroMechanical Services Ltd. Announces Investor Relations Contract Renewal

CALGARY , Jan. 31 /CNW/ - AeroMechanical Services Ltd. ("AMA") announced today that it has renewed its contract with The Howard Group Inc. of Calgary , Alberta for an additional 12 months. The Howard Group Inc. of Calgary , Alberta continues to provide investor and financial services to the company.
In addition to its ongoing investor relations services, The Howard Group Inc. provides an ongoing commentary on AeroMechanical's activities in its online newsletter, Insight.
The previous agreement was set to expire on January 31, 2008 and has been renewed for a period of 12 months to January 31, 2009 . The Howard Group Inc. will be compensated with a monthly retainer of $6,000.00 .
In conjunction with The Howard Group Inc., AMA continues to employ the services of Agora International Enterprises Corp. Agora provides some basic investor relations services to AMA, including hosting a website and disseminating press releases for AMA. Agora's compensation is $1,750.00 per month.
