("Sky Blue") for the purchase order announced in the August 27, 2008 press release entitled "AeroMechanical Services Ltd. Announces Commencement of shipments to China ."

AMA has received full payment in the amount of $48,000 USD for the two (2) Shanghai Airlines aircraft under the Sky Blue contract. It is intended that installation on the two aircraft would begin on or about late September 2008 .
