CALGARY , Oct. 29 /CNW/ - AeroMechanical Services Ltd. ("AMA") advises that Darryl Jacobs , the former President of AMA, has commenced legal action against AMA alleging that on or about August 5, 2008 , his employment with AMA was wrongfully terminated without just cause and without notice. In the Statement of Claim, Mr. Jacobs is claiming damages against AMA in the amount of $242,000.00 and further, or in the alternative, the amount of $300,000.00 , plus other relief. AMA will be issuing responding pleadings in due course. The allegations have not been proven and the matter is pending before the Alberta Court of Queen's Bench.
