CALGARY, Alberta (Business Wire) -- AeroMechanical Services Ltd. (AMA) is pleased to announce that it has successfully integrated the airborne technologies acquired as part of the Wingspeed purchases from the receiver with AMA integrated data delivery services known as UpTime™. As of today, AMA has completed the integration of 34 aircraft using the airborne technologies with our ground deliver services and are providing voice as well as data integration for the first three customers. Information being exchanged between the aircraft and the operations centers for these airlines include aircraft as well as dispatch and weather data for the on board crews. It is anticipated that billing for these services will commence January 1, 2010. If services are provided for the entire term of the five year agreements this will represent approximately $1,855,000 in additional revenue to AMA.
