Penturn exercised their option to acquire 1,780,000 common shares of Brainhunter Inc. at
a price of $0.60 per share for a total value of $1,068,000. Since April, 2003, these
individuals have acquired a total of 5,000,000 common shares of Brainhunter from the About Brainhunter Inc.
