BURNABY, BC, Oct. 1 /CNW/ - IWG President & CEO David C. Fox sent the best wishes of International Water-Guard today to Gulfstream Aerospace on the roll-out of the first G650 test aircraft "The IWG team were immensely excited to see the aircraft on the tarmac as a reality," he stated. "We are proud to be a part of this program, and to know that the first of our new IWG-A6 water treatment units are on-board".

The IWG-A6 will be standard on all G650's and is the company's newest and most advanced product, protecting passengers and crew from water borne contaminants as they travel the world. The order book for this aircraft already has reached 200, and the program will stretch out many years.

The G650 has the longest range, fastest speed, largest cabin and the most advanced cockpit in the Gulfstream fleet. Its maximum operating speed of mach 0.925, will make it the fastest civil aircraft flying - almost at the speed of sound. The aircraft is on schedule for first flight later this year and is expected to be certified in 2011. Entry-into-service is planned for 2012
