Asia Now Resources Proxy Revision for the Annual and Special Meeting of the Shareholders-June 12, 2007

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - May 28, 2007) - Asia Now Resources Corp. (TSX VENTURE: NOW) reports:

In connection with the annual and special meeting of shareholders to be held on June 12, 2007 (the "Meeting"), the notice of meeting and the management information circular, were previously mailed on May 18, 2007 to all shareholders of record. The form of proxy that accompanied these materials contained an error.

Item 3 of the proxy, as distributed, currently states:

VOTE FOR ( ) or WITHHOLD FROM VOTING ( ) (or, if not specified, VOTE) for an annual resolution approving and ratifying the 2007 continued use of the incentive stock option plan of the Corporation reserving a "rolling" maximum of 10% of the Corporation's issued and outstanding common shares as required under TSX-Venture Exchange Polices, and as more particularly described in the accompanying management information circular

The proxy should have reflected the contents of the management information circular and notice of meeting and should have stated the following, under Item 3:

"VOTE FOR ( ) or WITHHOLD FROM VOTING ( ) (or, if not specified, VOTE) a special resolution approving the reservation of 9,600,000 stock options under the incentive stock option plan as more particularly described in the accompanying management information circular."

If a shareholder votes FOR or in favour of Item 3 on the proxy as it stands, they are voting in favour of the resolution as set out in the notice of meeting and management information circular.

If any shareholder wishes to revoke their proxy, they can either:

a) attend the Meeting and vote in person; or

b) submit a new proxy; the new proxy received, with a later date, will replace any previously submitted proxy.
