Asia Now to Host Influential Chinese Investors

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Feb. 22, 2010) - Asia Now Resources Corp. (TSX VENTURE:NOW) is pleased to announce that the Company will be sponsoring a two-day seminar on global mining and exploration during the Annual Conference of Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada (PDAC). The seminar was developed in response to a direct request to Asia Now by mainland Chinese private investors.

The seminar will be held on March 6-7 at the University of Toronto. The participants will include up to 30 major Chinese investors and fund managers who have been very successful in building wealth in China, and are now interested in western exploration and its mining industry. Most of the attendees are from Beijing and Shanghai.

The presenters at the seminar include Dr. Kaihui Yang, President of Asia Now Resources Corp., and Dr. Noel White, former Chief Geologist of BHP Minerals Exploration and Chief Technical Advisor to Asia Now, as well as professors of the University of Toronto, legal representatives in Toronto and Government geological representatives from Ontario, New Brunswick, Quebec and British Columbia.

Topics will include: commodities and market trading, public company policies and financing, regulations on immigration and banking, as well as an overview of exploration and development projects in Canada.

During the past years, Asia Now Resources has successfully established strategic financial partners in Hong Kong, Taipei and mainland China. The Company has participated, sponsored and presented at a number of important conferences for mining and investments in China.
