The Howard Group
About Us.
Based in Calgary Canada, The Howard Group is a boutique “full service” Investor and Financial Relations firm. We provide a select number of Canadian publicly traded micro & small cap companies with strategic direction and exposure to targeted investment audiences.
Our History
  • Established in 1988, The Howard Group has a multi-disciplined team with extensive backgrounds ranging from new media marketing through finance and journalism.
  • We have the experience. We’ve grown through several major market cycles.
  • We have a range of investor relations, advisory and public venture capital services that were developed for micro and small cap companies.
  • We are directly aligned with the Insight Limited Partnership II, which invests in micro & small cap public companies.
Our Philosophy
We don’t promote stocks; we promote businesses. A publicly trading company is a consumer product fighting for attention. First, consumers don’t buy what they don’t know about. That’s where The Howard Group comes in. Next, consumers have to see more value for their dollar than buying a competing product. There are thousands! That’s where The Howard Group’s business, capital market and communication expertise makes the difference.
Our Services
We do give our clients one-on-one service. While every company’s needs are different we know the objectives are the same; increased liquidity and share value.
  • Far reaching, interactive, response driven online financial & social media campaigns.
  • Building messaging that succinctly reflects a business & its potential.
